Digital products

Our products are delivered electronically (download links or email access). Because delivery is immediate, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis as described below.

Eligibility for a refund

• You contact us within 14 days of purchase.
• You provide your order email and product name.
• You describe a technical issue we cannot resolve, or an accidental duplicate charge.

Non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after successful download or access.
• Failure to meet system requirements clearly listed at purchase.
• Requests made more than 14 days after payment unless required by law.
